In design CS3 and TTF

Hello Dears

I found a problem using my TTF font with In Design CS3 (Middle east version)
( only 2 letters appears and all the rest as rectangles)
Knowing that the same font still available to use for adobe CS2
may anyone know the cause  or help me knowing better
(Note: Font in arabic and Work on Mac)
