Help Identifying 1960's Era Font

Discussion started on Other Topics

Could somebody please assist me in identifying the font used in the attached photo? The word spelled is Islero with a capital I not a J. Many people think this is spelled with a J so I am trying to locate the actual font used so I can provide them with proof and put an end to the misspelling of this word. And help appreciated. Thanks.

Old nameplates like this were almost always custom designed, not based on any particular typeface.

I figured it is worth asking. You never know who might be out there who will recognize something. I know that Lamborghini's own company logo is a font and since the very early cars all had similar model name type that I might get lucky and I'll find it. I will keep asking and searching. Thanks for the reply.
