CREATING ARABIC FONT

Hi everybody
I am using fontlab since a few weeks and I have some difficulties white settings,I knew that the most important parameter in a project font,is the font infos.
I want to creat an arabic font,and I want to knew how must be the informations,so that when I
generate my truetype font,it will work on windows as an arabic font.
