I'm new to using Fontographer, and have been working on a modification of an existing font. I'm getting a look I want, but when I generate my TrueType fonts, they look poor on screen at smaller font sizes. I'm hoping to hire someone to work with me to get better results. The True Type fonts will be displayed on screen in Microsoft Office. Autohinting is not getting me the results I want, so I'll need someone familiar with hinting, alignment zones, common stems, etc.

Thanks!

You should contact Ascender corporation; I don’t think that anyone else knows more about tweaking fonts for MS Office.

Thanks for the input. And they are definitely impressive, but I think that's probably a 50 dollar saddle for a 5 dollar horse. I just need someone that can help me make the thing look ok on screen. I'm kind of hoping for just a person that knows this stuff because my knowledge is somewhat limited.

Are you still offering this position ? I have a friend who might know about it. I'll just forward him the link to the forum and see if he can do it.
