Hi,

I recently created my own font (customised a true type font beyond recognition) and it works fine with Adobe Photoshop but doesn't work with Microsoft Office. Although I've installed the font, it comes up in Microsoft Word as "This font has not been installed. The closest available font will be printed."

Any ideas as to why this is happening. I've definitely installed it properly as Adobe can recognise and display it so why doesn't Microsoft Office? Within Microsoft Word, if I type the name of the font in the font drop down menu, the automatic search will display the name of the new font but won't show the glyphs as I type.

Thanking you all in advance for your time and understanding.

Hi!
I have the same problem but with Power Point! In Word and Adobe programs it works perfectly.
I think the problem is in settings of Font Info->Names and copyright options or in Tools-> Options-> Generating OpenType & TrueType...
I already posted my problem but no replies. If I find a solution to this problem i will shere it with you!
