New font does not print

Hi all, I have created a new symbol font. After installing the font I can see that the font is in the list of font in Word etc, but it has no name, the name is blank.
Next issue is that the font shows up fine on the screen, but does not print.
I have tried this in Word and Quark, both give the same results.
However, I can print to PDF (CutePDF) and then print the PDF and the font prints just fine.
Is there something I have missed?
I did fill in all of the Font Info, names and copyright etc.

Something is wrong with the font. Did you try to ask here http://www.fontlab.com/support/problem
