First off, I must say that I was having a great time with this software. Then, Lion came out and I got a new computer. Now...I cannot use it because of its use of Rosetta Stone.

So, I have been watching the FontLab site, but all I see are different dates as to when the update is coming out for the software.

Is there any official word besides that ever slipping date on the web site? Huh

We're working hard on TypeTool 3.1. Since FontLab Studio 5.1 is now released, and TypeTool is its "younger brother", we have now the ability to build TypeTool 3.1. It'll take some time though, probably some 4-6 weeks.

In the meantime, you can order a TypeTool 3 Lion Compatibility Pack, which is an interim solution (TypeTool 3.0 for Windows wrapped in a Mac OS X compatibility layer). It works fine on Lion, and can be used until the Lion-ready TypeTool 3.1 for Mac is out. More information:

Adam,

Thank you for the update. Smiley

Honestly, I'm not hurting for the software right now...I'm just adding more and more ideas to bucket of stuff to be built. Smiley So, once it's ready...I'll be more than ready. LOL

Thanks very much for the update.
