Transtype Conversion Issue

Hi All,

First post, I have converted a Open font on Windows XP Pro Myriad Pro to be a True Type Font for use in  fiolemaker Pro database. When we produce pdf's in Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 all spaces convert to " so"a"line"looks"like'this. Has anyone experienced the problem or point me in the right direction re settings or other issues.
