Fatal Error: Standard names initialization fails. Please reinstall TransType.

I recently purchased your product, and I really need to get it working ASAP, as converting a few fonts really has me stopped dead in the water on my development.

Whenever I try to start TransType, I get this error:  "Standard names initialization fails. Please reinstall TransType.", then the app closes immediately.

Please help.

BTW: Your support form is also busted.

I fixed the problem... you have to run your app in WinXP SP2 compatability mode.  This is found by right clicking the .exe or shortcut (in Vista) and looking under the "Compatability" tab.

It might benefit you all if your devs tested on Vista and Vista x64 machines. (Speaking as a developer). You could iron out these issues.
