Does TransType work on Windows Vista?

I just tried to install the demo and it did install, but when I try to add a font file, The help/support window comes up saying it doesn't run on Vista.

Try to run it in XP SP2 compatibility mode.

I'm using it at work and we all upgraded to Vista last year. I found it did work, but the Mac fonts I was sent weren't saved the correct way. I'm not familiar with Mac's so I didn't know this.
