Has anyone made use of any flashcard software that will allow usage of the SBL Hebrew fonts?

There is a nice Excel-based flashcard system with some vocab files for Seow, and others. Scroll down on this page to "Vocabulary Resources". The SIL Ezra font that it uses is not Unicode (it is a "legacy" TTF font), but they could be converted. My son has used this system for Arabic and classical Greek, both using Unicode fonts. In the absence of other options, it's something to consider.

If there was a tool to convert SIL Ezra to unicode, that would be wonderful!

As it turns out, SIL does have a legacy TTF > Unicode conversion utility, and so that Excel-based flashcard programme using Seow's vocab (as well as frequency ranges) is now available in Unicode from this page. It is presently set up for Ezra SIL (I believe) but it would be a simple matter to switch it to SBL Hebrew.
