OT compiling message

Hello,
I am making an OT font and have added the kern and liga feature. Upon compiling I receive the message: "cmap{plat=3,script=1,lang=0}: multiple glyphs macron overscore mapped to code <af>"

Can anyone tell me what this means and how to fix it.
