My bangla OTF is facing letter Spacing problem with MS word

Hello everybody, I've developed a true type (TTF) font which is working pretty well in almost all software like word, notepad, illustrator, indesign, etc. Now I've generated that same font as open type (OTF), but it is having problem in MS word with its letter spacing. The font is working as well as TTF with all the other software. Please help me to fix the problem.
