WEFT 5.3.2 crashes on Arabic Transparent

WEFT 5.3.2 crashes when processing Arabic Transparent (artro.ttf) for the repository database; that font, distributed with Microsoft Windows, is invalid, but that is no excuse for crashing!  
The same, alas, is true for several Microsoft fonts, including Arial.
