Author Topic: Help with Font Embedding?  (Read 2440 times)

I just recently signed up and am currently trying to work out a few minor bugs on my site and one major one. This is my first effort and I used Swishmax and Frontpage 2003--both worked very nicely and everything went pretty smoothly except for the fonts. My fonts are fine in the flash portion and fine when I view the finished work from my home computer. I ran the MS WEFT (font embedding tool) and created the EOT files, targeting the url. I see them in my code as style...everything looks the way it's supposed to look, as far as I can tell. But the fonts are not loading because other default fonts are substituting and, as a result, throwing my formatting off.

Has anyone had experience with this here? I installed FP extensions before uploading for the first time and, as I say, everything else is working, including media content and graphics. Only the fonts are not. Is there something else I should try or do? Another way?

Any help/advice is greatly appreciated!

What browser are you using to view it? Anything other than IE doesn't like it and requires fixing.
