I develop a OpenType font setting substitution layout features with GSUB. The layout tool is Microsoft VOLT. The script tag is CJK Ideographic in this font. A multiple substitution rule is written in lookups table.

The composition glyph is breaked into piece in Word 2003, but properly displays combination glyph in Office Excel, Access and Txt file. The combination glyph don’t show even though in Office Professional Plus 2010.

The Uniscribe version is 1.626.6001.18000.
What is wrong with me? I am going to use this OpenType in Word. How to display combination glyph in Word?    Sad

Thanks for your help!

Could you provide details of the substitution you wanted?

Unfortunately, sequences involving ideographic variation selectors from plane 14 are not yet officially supported. Your may find results vary from appliation to application.
