I'm using a substitution lookup to replace 1 glyph with 2 glyphs in a certain context. The substitution works in TextEdit for Mac (10.5) and Word 2008 for Mac, and also MS Publisher 2007 on Windows, but it doesn't work at all in Adobe InDesign or Photoshop (CS4). Is this still not supported by Adobe programs?

Thanks!

This works in the Middle East version of InDesign CS4, but not in the regular version. Alas.
