MSKLC for Windows 7

Could please anybody tell me how to get MSKLC running under 64 bit Windows 7 Professional?

The latest version of MS KLC works fine on Windows 7 64-bit.

I already had dowloaded and installed this version, but when I try to run it, I don't get a keyboard blank and when loading an existing keyboard there are no signs appearing, though the name of the loaded keyboard is indicated on top. All the menues are there and the Help function is also working ok.
