Is there a way to set glyph-combination as an entry in a Group?

I need to set a group that one of its entries is the combination AB.
-- not "A" alone; not "B" alone; not "A or B"; not even "BA".  Only "AB" exactly.
(I don't want to use/create a new glyph. Only an entry in a Group)

Thank you
Marzel

There is no way to do this, but it is a very interesting idea, and one that I hope Sergey might consider implementing. At present, VOLT glyph groups correspond pretty much directly to GDEF table groups, which prohibits the kind of thing you are talking about. But it would be useful within the VOLT UI to be able to specify e.g. groups of context strings that could then be referenced by a single entry in lookups.

Looks like nice idea. I think you mean glyph sequences, not groups. This is completely different concept, as it is not just representing set of glyphs. I have to thinkwhat implications it may have on VOLT UI and compiler.
