Diacritics marks position is not saved for Urdu OT Fonts

Hi,
I am unable to save diacritics mark positioning in Microsoft Volt. I have done all mark positioning for Fatah, Kasra and rest of the marks for different groups of characters (init, mid, final, standalone) but when i reopened the volt file, the marked position are distorted. Can anyone tell me what is the standard way of doing mark positioning and what all settings are required in Volt?
