Ligatures with marks, not working in InDesign CS5

When I put a mark on the first component of a 2-component ligature, the ligature does not appear.
In MSVOLT proofing tool and in NotePad of Windows7 is working properly. What am I doing wrong?

You may need to turn the feature on. I think under the Character Dialog, click on the tiny "down" triangle in the right corner and select "OpenType" and then your feature. If it's a default feature that doesn't need turning on, sometimes you have to make sure the appropriate language is selected. HTH.

Thanks. I think that all of them are Ok. The strange is that the ligature appears properly itself and by mark on the 2nd component, but not when the first component has a mark. The marks themselves work fine also. All the other open-type characteristics work (substitutions, single and pair adjustments, marks, marks to mark, kerning)!
It seems to be a bug of InDesign 5.
