Where am I?

I'm trying to upgrade from Fontographer to Font Lab Studio. I filled out all the forms successfully, got the page that said (roughly) Congratulations, click here to finish purchase. I clicked there, but got an "Internal error" dialog page. Repeatedly. I've got money to spend and deadlines to hit, but have no idea where I am in the process. HELP!

Sorry for the tech difficulties, our ISP has made some changes to the PHP and MySQL version recently, which apparently broke something.
