How to fix font that the icon in Win7 shows "Abg" not "Σ√≠"

Hello,

Windows 7

Many fonts I got the icons in windows 7 show preview of "Abg", but in some fonts show "Σ√≠" despite the font being normal text and shows OK when opened or used. Some designed by Japanese, the icon thumbnail preview shows some japanese characters.

How to fix the fonts to all of them show preview of "Abg"?

I have same problem - I create fonts using FLS 5.1.2, check them with DTL OTmaster 2.4, they work fine under Mac OS X and Windows XP/7 but though they show proper icons under Max OS X (letters), icons/thumbnails under Windows 7 show Mac symbols that are not even present in the font. Any solution?!
