For some years now I've had this same frustration off and on:
Microsoft's Font Properties Extension is installed but doesn't work. It didn't work ever (for me) on Vista, and it worked initially on Win 7 but it no longer does, though it is still installed. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled, but still it doesn't work.
Current OS is Win 7 Pro, 32 bit.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make it work? Or how to diagnose why it isn't working? Or other forums to turn to?
