VGA Res bitmap fonts ?

Hello,

Some windows bitmap fonts (*.fon) are displayed with "VGA Res". What font properties makes fonts displayed like that ?
For example:
1. some_font
2. some_font(VGA res)

This is not exactly bitfonter question, but i don't know where to post questions about fixed fonts.
