A new beta build, 0.93, has been posted to the documents section:

This version incorporates three new characters at the request of the German Bible Society:

2135 - Alef siglum to denote  Codex Sinaiticus.
2136 - Bet siglun to denote MS 048
273D - Heavy lacyrmal asterisk to mark chapter/verse divisions that differ from ancient sources.

In addition, extra Unicode codepoints have been mapped for the square white brackets: 〚 〛.  These are now accessible as either 27E6 and 27E7 or as 301A and 301B. The GBS are currently using the latter; however, the 301A and 301B characters are from the Unicode CJK punctuation block, so they have an implied Chinese ideographic spacing. In the SBL Greek font, the same glyphs are used for both sets of codepoints, but in other fonts the CJK characters may be very widely spaced. Personally, I recommend using 27E6 and 27E7 for these characters.

I have also added GPOS mark positioning anchors for secondary mark(s) above vowels with macron or breve, for use in lexicons.
