Full unicode range TTF to FNT conversion tool?

I need a tool that than convert asien truetype fonts to the fnt format. A selectable range from the unicode table would be usefull.
I had a look at FONMaker (downloaded from your site) but the code page selection is limited. For example I can't select Chinese.
Do you have a tool than can generate FNT fonts from true type where I can select either Chinese or a selectable range from the Unicode table?

I know of no 2 byte FNT creator in the font industry. Methinks you would have a lot of work to do but you could use FONmaker to create a set of FNTs would would approximate what you are trying to do.
