I have just started using FLS5, and created a glyph.
I tried the "Test Font" and got the following errors in the output panel:

[FATAL] <FLSFNTC673> Duplicate target sequence but different replacement glyphs in ligature substitutions in 'rlig' feature: {glyph1247 afii62760}
[FATAL] <FLSFNT59F8> Duplicate target sequence but different replacement glyphs in ligature substitutions in 'rlig' feature: {glyph1247 afii62760}

How do I fix errors like these?

You obviously have OpenType features defined in the OpenType panel. You should clean them up.
