Unable to Access Downloads Section

This is my first time using the FontLab Forum (coming from the MSN group).

The "Welcome to the new Fontlab forum!" message says

The forum has an integrated downloads section accessible through the DOWNLOADS link. You can post downloads there for scripts, encodings, sample files etc. Please do not post attachments that violate the copyright or may harm other users in any way.

When I try to access the downloads link, I receive the message

An Error Has Occurred!
You are not allowed to view the Downloads

Please advise.
