A) When I created my account for the FontLab Forum, the resulting welcome message sent the URL, username AND password all in one nice little bundle for someone else to read. Please don't do that. Now I have to go change the password again.

B) There is no https:// login page that I can find -- so I have to send my username and password over clear channels. Bad policy.

Neither of these is as bad -- nor as significant a risk -- as if a bank did this, but I think you could do better.
