Font character ordering is different in Fog5 than FLSt5

If I open a FontLab Studio 5 generated font in MS Volt, and apply a MS Volt "program" to the font, all is well, and the glyph order is as desired.

But if I generate the same font using Fontographer 5, and apply a MS Volt "program" to the font, all is not well, and the glyph order is not as desired.

I am certain that the staff at FontLab can correct this limitation of Fontographer 5.
