In the OpenType Latin Pro encoding, there is a character near the end (right before the Apple) that is called commaaccent. It is not assigned a unicode number, and when I export from Fontographer to FontPro, it has a red bar over it. FontLab will assign it the unicode number of F6C3. My question is why doesn't Fontographer assign it this number?

Also, regarding unicode ranges, two characters that are in the range of these eastern European letters are Ibreve and Eng (an N with a hook on the right leg). Why aren't these included in this encoding? And if they are not eastern European letters, why are they in this range?
