Metric adjustment shortcuts

Using the arrow keys to adjust the sidebearings and kerning is nice with the Option+Arrows for single emu, Option+Shift+Arrows for 10 emus.

However, I really miss the Option+Shift+Command+Arrows for 100 emus. It would be good if you could add that.
