Windows FOG5 Demo crashes on startup

I've downloaded and installed the Windows FOG5 Demo on my system (Vista, SP2) twice: once when it was first announced, and once today. Both times, as soon as I started the program it crashed. I tried running the program 'as Administrator' but it made no difference. Only once, starting the program after a reboot of my system, did FOG stay alive long enough for me to open a font and test the famous FOG bold function, then it crashed.

Update: I was able to get the Demo to run successfully on my laptop (Vista, SP1).
