I'm using Fontographer (4.7.3) on a Mac and converting a font to TrueType for a WindowsXP PC.

However, when using the resulting font on a PC, the minus/hyphen character is missing.  Not sure, but may be others missing as well.

If I open the created TrueType in Fontographer I see the missing character in there.

Not sure if it's something w/ the PC or how the PC is reading the font.  I used Fontographer for years at another job w/ no such problems.  That was a WindowsNT PC though.  Not sure if operating system makes a difference.

Any thoughts out there???

Looks like under Element/Selection Info, need to manually change the hyphen/minus encoding to U002D.

Not sure why the encoding comes up wrong for this.

Again, I never had to do this at my previous company.  Wonder what's different about the environemnt here or perhaps this version of Fontographer itself.
