Script font tops getting cut off

My company is having some problems with the tops of certain fonts getting cut off on the top line in a web preview tool we are using. I've noticed, that if I set the font in a text box in InDesign, The capitol letters extend beyond the top of the text frame. I've tried to changing the font key metrics so that the cap line is higher than the font, which doesn't seem to address the problem. I've also tried scaling down the entire font, which seemed to help, but didn't completely fix the issue. Any ideas on how to make this work?
