Quick Test As

When I go to test my font some of the characters that are created and available on Turkish keyboards do not show up properly or are replaced with the English version.  Just for the purposes of experimenting I tried opening an already existen font (Arial) and doing the same test to see if it would generate the correct font for the Turkish keyboard.  The Quick Test As function failed to generate the correct font for either test.  It appears that Font labs is the only software on my computer that can not generate Turkish fonts when they are typed, yet this is suppose to be a good font creation package.  Why is it that it can't generate the correct Turkish font when typed?
