I'm a bit new at FontLab. I am making a Tibetan font with nearly 5000 glyphs, most of which are formed using components from a previous Type 1 font made with Fontographer. After making all the glyphs, I'm trying to generate the font, but get an error that some glyphs have open contours. I check the box to highlight the glyphs with open contours. I'm not sure what highlighted glyph cells look like. If it means the little red thing in the lower left corner, then I don't find open contours in those glyphs. How do I find the offending glyphs to fix them? Is there a python script to help with this process of cleaning up the glyphs that are causing problems with generating the font?

Cells with open contours are marked with pink in the source vfb. But they are not exported.
