Create Bitmap True Type fonts from Font family

Hi All,

I need to create Bitmap True Type fonts from a font family True Type font, (say for X font family font, I need to create 10 pt Normal X font,  10 pt Italics X font,  10 pt Bold X font, 10 pt Bold Italics X font).

I tried creating this fonts from BitFonter and TypeTool, I could able to create Normal and Italics correctly and it is matching font family font. But the Bold and Bold Italics is not matching with Font Family.

Any suggestions ot any other tool need to be used, Please advice.
