Bullet Character not working in MS Word 2007...

I have created a font using FontLab 4.6 that I am testing.

The 'Bullet' character works fine in InDesign, but Word 2007 does not recognise the bullet character that I have created when I click on the 'Bullet' icon or if I select the line of text and right-click, select Bullet/Define New Bullet and in 'Define New Bullet' box, click on Bullet and select my font.

Does anyone have any ideas why this might be?

Thanks,
Del

Did you try typing it from the keyboard? Option 8.

I assume it works fine with other fonts?

You may not have the correct unicode point assigned to your bullet. 2022

Hi Dezcom

Thanks for your reply....

Yes, I have the Bullet glyph in Unicode 2022 glyph cell. I am using FontLab 4.6 - exporting as Name: Default Encoding and Unicode: CO Controls and Basic Latin. It's my first font.  I do have FontLab Studio 5 but as I started the font in FontLab 4.6 thought it better to keep it in that version.
Bullet works fine in InDesign.  I am using Windows.

Regards,
