I need to insert a private use glyph that would be easily accessible in the Arabic typeface I am designing, but it seems that there is no Arabic Private Use range within E000 (Private Use Area). I don't feel comfortable about using glyph compartment F8FF because it is a left-to-right glyph. What do I do?

Post scriptum: Even if I were to use F8FF, I know how to access it on a Windows keyboard, but how do I access it on my Mac keyboard?
