Make the anchors panel better.

The anchors panel:
• Needs its own version of preview.txt that I can use to preview strings featuring composites
• Should allow me to pick a text size
• Needs a mode to prevent it from displaying composites that are not valid characters for the encoding (based on alias.dat)
• A mode that displays the composite in black only, instead of black and blue.
