Enhance metrics classes

Metrics classes are great. But having to acces the “Metrics Assistance” feature to use them is a waste of time. It would be much better if metrics classes just updated automatically like kerning classes. And instead of having to load a file and apply it to each font in a family I should be able to just specify a list that controls the metrics classes and is constantly watched for updates (the way UFO apps watch for UFO changes) so that I can control all the classes for a big family in real time from a single text file.
