Disable “Do you want to rebuild OpenType kern feature” dialog

Please add an option to disable the “Do you want to rebuild OpenType kern feature” dialog. Metrics Machine users don’t do any kerning in Fontlab and having that message pop up any time I do a quick test can get really irritating.
