Clean up metrics shortcuts and expand functionality

Currently the Fontlab metrics window uses two different sets of shortcuts depending on whether a glyph is selected in the window or in the metrics table. These shortcuts cannot be changed and do not work at all in the glyph window. Please settle on one set of shortcuts, make them customizable, and add their functionality to the glyph window.
