Arrow key tappable transforms

I'd like to be able to arrow key nudge all transforms. For example, if I select a shape the choose the rotate tool, I'd like to be able to change the angle by arrow key tapping. One degree per tap. Ten degrees for a shift tap. 100 degrees for a ctrl shift tap. Slant and scale could be arrow key tappable as well.
