Add sidebearing fields to the meter panel

Having text fields in the meter panel that display and accept new values for the sidebearings of the glyph being edited would allow me to make exact changes faster than I can do it by dragging the sidebearings. A button that disables the measurement line in the glyph window would also be helpful.
