Add a button for Smart Shapes to the Tools toolbar.

Smart Shapes is a very useful feature. Getting to it without assigning a hotkey is very inconvenient. Give it a button in the Tools toolbar.

Smart Shapes is a panel and I would add it to the Panels toolbar.
