VFB Behaves Differently in Mac and Win FL Studio 5.04 TT Editor

A client VFB that behaves perfectly OK
in Mac FontLab S5, in the TT editor.
But behaves odd in the Win FL S5.0.4 TT editor.
It is not a MM font and the data outlines
seem tidy etc.

Do you know of any compatibility issues
between Win and Mac TT hinting FLS5?

I have cleared out my Win FLS5 and reinstalled
it a number of times, but still this odd issue.
I have not seen this with other VFBs and have
not experienced compatibility issues like this before.

Any ideas please?
