My ligatures are not appearing in my OpenType font. they are there in the glyph table but are not automatically replaced when I turn the ligatures option on.

Did you check your Opentype code for {liga} and test it inside of FontLab?
Sometimes it is just a question of the ordering of your feature code.

Which version of inD?  Does it work in all your other apps?

I think it is an OpenType code problem.

Liga is pretty straight forward.  Just be sure you follow proper syntax. End each statement with a semicolon
